Payment
Full payment MUST be received prior to the Conference. AHPA 2013 registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received. Please note if registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Conference the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit Card Payment 
(Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted)
A surcharge of 3% will apply for all payments by credit card.

2. Cheque Payment
Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to “AHPA 2013” and mail to the Conference Office. International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed.

3. Electronic Funds Transfer
Please note that the Conference will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Conference bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration once the Cheque/EFT Details payment option is selected. Please include your Invoice number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Conference Office.

Alterations
Alterations to your hotel booking will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and password supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email registration@icms.com.au

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office. Cancellations received before Friday, 3 May 2013 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $275.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee after Friday 3 May, 2013. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. The Conference Office cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Friday, 3 May 2013.
